Signature Experiences Policies
Reservations for any Signature Experience must be made AT LEAST three days before desired date and time.
Cancellation Policy:
- Guests who wish to cancel their reservation must do so at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled reservation date to avoid any charges.
No-Show Policy:
- Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without any prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
FAQ
Do I need to be a guest to book an experience?
Yes, you must be a guest at Yosemite View Lodge, Yosemite Cedar Lodge or Indian Flat Campground in order to book a Signature Experience.
What happens if it rains or snows?
In the change of poor weather, your Picnic by the River or S’mores Package experience can be rescheduled or canceled.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! Please inform the team at least 3 days prior to your experience date so we can properly accommodate.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Please allow three days before your check-in date to allow ample time to arrange a memorable experience.
Can you set this up as a surprise?
Of course! Please let us know when booking your experience that you’d like this to be a surprise.
